What is PONO?
PONO is an Hawaiian term taught to kids at a very early age which is a foundational value for cultivating the “Aloha Spirit.” If you’ve ever been to Hawaii and experienced the people and the culture, then you’ve probably experienced or felt the unique sense of appreciation and respect they show for each other, the land, and their surroundings. PONO is not a destination or some mythical path to enlightenment. It’s a mindset, a way of living.
What is a PONO QUEST?
A Pono Quest is a guided, individual journey towards JOY, fulfillment, and excellence that begins with assessing where one currently is, where they want to be, the “gaps” to close, and a plan on how to get there with strategies and tactics to overcome any obstacles they will encounter along the way.
The concept of the Pono Quest acknowledges that much of the pain and suffering experienced by the majority of people and organizations have similar root causes which can be addressed by properly assessing counter-productive thoughts, habits, and patterns, with alternative thinking and action. The “quest” then becomes the education, planning, and daily training that ultimately transforms the life one had into a life they have consciously chosen.

Robert “Dusty” Staub has worked for over 38 years with executives, families, and communities as well as with private and public companies. He has trained and coached executives and teams in creating high performance outcomes. Dusty has been a pioneer in the process of creating systemic accountability by aligning leadership and group behaviors with strategy to produce bottom-line results.

If you have claimed your personal power, then you can set a worthy and effective vision. Without the grounding of a live purpose and clear values many so-called visions are either off target (not truly satisfying) or do not produce the results desired. This process is about you shaping the life and work that is most fulfilling for you.
Journey to FULFILLMENT
Journey to fulfillment is about how to savor and appreciate each step on the pathway of your life. It is realizing and engaging the vast awareness and power of your authentic, whole being. The process is one of enjoying and celebrating your life NOW, without any pre-conditions or requirements to perform or achieve. Paradoxically, as you do this, you will be able to perceive more, make even better choices and activate vision realization with less effort and greater joy.
